A large portion of the work we do daily is virus and spyware removal.
We have found that many of the customers that we clean virus for do not have current up-to-date anti-malware protection. And, we find that almost all customers who get infected did not have all their Windows patches or other software updates installed.

In an effort to better serve you, our customers, we have just completed the installation of an automatic standby generator system at our office/data center.
This will help to keep us up and running during power outages, caused by tropical storms, ice, storms and other unexpected power outages. It is completely automatic, even if we are not here.
